The Owners Mum, AKA Mrs B has been creating Café 52’s freshly made daily deserts for the last 22 years.

In the late spring and Summer months she utilising her home grown, organic ingredients from her garden only 5 minutes away from the restaurant.

Her garden has a wonderful and colourful array of tasty goodies with plums, pears, greengages, rhubarb, apples, and lots and lots of fresh organic herbs. The Chefs are provided with a lot of this produce for use in the savoury courses too!

Mrs B also hosts an annual charity fund raiser for Springer rescue Scotland. Her garden is packed with lots of friends and regulars to enjoy her fabulous and generous hospitality. And it’s a very late party too!
